Rope Grab 5/8"

The Hinged Self-Tracking 5/8-Inch Rope Grab is made with rugged alloy-steel construction that features hinged construction for ease of attachment as well as a positive lock and safety cam for superior safety. The threaded lock with positive secondary latch are secure and easy to operate, while the unique gravity-operated safety cam prevents improper attachment. The 2-inch eye makes for excellent connector compatibility and easy handling. This grab is for use with a 5/8-inch rope. All of our Rope Grabs, whether manual or self-tracking, allow the user to move freely up and down the vertical lifeline while providing fall protection. These grabs are designed to react to a fall by locking on the lifeline and to begin the deceleration process when attached to one 3-foot shock absorbing lanyard.
